(*) First Year Cost/Following Consecutive Year Cost - The first year cost includes set up and design fees for your websites. Following year costs are locked in at the stated rate for every consecutive year we host your website. (**) These "allowable updates" are for fairly major changes to your content. We offer unlimited (within reason) smaller updates to your site. These include, but are not limited to, changes to photographs, marking items sold, contact information changes, etc. Major changes include adding items for sale, adding additional photographs, etc. We have found through experience that these are very generous allowances and most clients find them to fulfill their business needs quite well. These prices do not apply for larger sites like catalogs, selling houses, ett. These prices are intended for small business or personal sites. Website Design & Custom Templates |
For the DIY clients, we offer custom designed website templates. You will receive 1 HTML index page and the files necessary to build your own website pages and thus update and maintain the site yourself, or if you want to do it yourself but not to that extreme, we will build all the necessary pages for your entire site (1 HTML page per site page with files) with your content included so that all you need to do is make small changes to text (or none at all) and place the site on your own host server. This option allows you to pay a one time design cost only - no yearly charges for us to hosting and maintain your site. If you choose this option, you are completely responsible for the functionality of your website once the files have been mailed to you. |
Custom Designed Website Template - 1 HTML page and accompanying files - $250.00 Custom Designed Website Template - Full Site including text - same prices as stated about under "Website Design and Hosting Services" for same number of pages - ONE TIME CHARGE - No following year charges All of the listed options are available for these templates, however most cannot be modified by the client. These options will be fully operational and will function on your personal site upon FTP transfer. If you later require changes, we will be happy to quote a price. |
Custom Print Design and Branding |
We offer print design and layout services at very affordable rates. We can take your Internet identity and match your print marketing materials to the design. This allows you to build brand recognition for your business. We design any form of print materials including, but not limited to, magazine ads, flyers, business cards, brochures, note and rack cards, banners, promotional give-a-ways, folders, letterhead, and more. Our design prices are outstanding - we challenge you to find better prices anywhere. But don't let the prices fool you; our quality is second to none. We will deliver a firm price quote after an initial consultation. Below are basic pricing guidelines for some of our services. And remember, we will also have the completed project mailed to you if you don't want to bother with having the items printed. We work with several printing companies and always search for the best pricing. |

Photography Services |
For those clients who do not have the time or the equipment to provide us with photographs, but due to the nature of their business need item specific photos, we offer photography services. We will travel to your location and spend the time necessary to aquire the perfect pictures for your website and/or print design. We offer this service to our clients ONLY. Contact us for a price quote. Prices begin at $150 (excluding travel expenses.) |
Payment & Terms: You will receive a detailed price quote before the job begins. Upon acceptance of our general layout, 1/2 of the total amount is due. After the receipt of your initial payment, we will complete your design work with your input. The remaining balance is due only after you approve the final draft. Upon receipt of your final payment, your files will be sent and/or website will become live on your domain name. In the case of website design and hosting, following year payment is required on or before the anniversary of your upload date. You will receive a notice 30 days prior to this date as a friendly reminder. If we do not receive payment by the due date, your website will be suspended until payment is received. If your site is suspended for more than 30 days, an additional $50.00 reconnect fee will apply. Print ad watermarks are removed after final payment is received. |
Things To Remember: When choosing a design professional, it is important to weigh the needs of your business with the services provided. Be sure to read the fine print and fully understand what is included in the published price and what services are considered "addon or optional." We provide many services to our clients at no additional cost that are "extras" with most designers. We know what Buyers want to see due to our experience in the field, and with a BA degree in English and a Master's Degree in Education, we have the skills to proof, write, and display your information in the best possible way for the biggest impact. We guarantee your site or print material will project a professional image to your clientele. We provide stock photos from our inventory (free of charge,) unlike most other designers who charge for this service. We also allow small changes to the designs after the process has ended (at no cost) and we keep your print layouts in our files for a full 12 months so we can offer small changes to these (free of charge) as well. Whereas most designers whip out a design and move on to the next client in line, we develop a relationship with you and your business and help you work toward its success. |
