Websites are designed "live" on our domain which allows you to access the site to see how it will appear and function. This enables
you to offer input regarding the changes you desire. We will work with you step-by-step through the development process to ensure
the site is meeting your needs. Once we have mutually agreed that the site is finished and ready to publish - then, and only then, are
you obligated to pay the remaining balance. Once we have received payment we will publish your website to your domain.

Print designs will be emailed to you as revisions are made. The files you will receive will not be "print ready" and will contain a
watermark. The smaller, low resolution files email quickly but still allow you to see the total effect of the finished design. Once we
receive your payment in full, the watermark will be removed and the full sized, print ready artwork will be sent to you.

We provide quality, professional service to all of our clients. If you are not satisfiedwith your design, we offer a 100% refund of your
advance payment as follows:

You will receive a 100% refund of your advance payment, no questions asked, prior to your 2nd revision request. This means you can
view our original design idea, request changes, and view the revised design at no risk to you. If you are not satisfied with the revisions,
we will refund your payment in full, excluding any domain registration fees paid. Refunds must be requested within 15 calendar days of
original order.
